I do stuff on a whim. Its a definate ASD trait. When I saw a tiny computer with its own tiny screen that could change at the flash of some firmware I needed to have one. Lucky for me these are really cheap and easy to find (links at the end)
As you no doubt have figured out, hyperfixation is also an ASD thing and it can be REALLY expensive and you end up broke with a ton of crap in your house that you no longer want but simply cannot part with. Lucky again for me, Im poor enough for most things to be cheap!
This little thing is an absolute joy, there are tons of cool things (and bad things!) you can do with it from mp3 players to a box of hacking tools. The most fun I have found is using it to do something called 'Wardriving'
